Unbeatable value, pay as you go storage
At Extra Room Self Storage we regularly check our prices in the local market to ensure that we are offering unbeatable value.
The amount you pay depends on the size of storage room you need. Payment is due monthly in advance for as long as you need the storage.
- NO VAT TO PAY
- NO deposit required
- Refunds - There is a minimum storage charge of just 2 weeks. After this when you vacate your room we will refund the value of any days you have paid for but not used.
- Calendar month charging - We charge per calendar month, not 4 weekly, so you get 12 invoices a year, not 13 and you pay on the same date each month.
- Pre-pay discounts - Pre-pay for longer periods like 6 or 12 months and receive a discount.
