Via Twycross and the A444
Head out of Ashby along the B4116 past the Royal Hotel and Willesley Park Golf Club. Continue along this road to Twycross. At the Startin Tractors roundabout in Twycross turn left (1st exit) onto the A444. Travel along the A444 for 6 miles until you see a right hand turning to Fenny Drayton (shortly after a right hand turning to Atterton).
Turn right into Fenny Drayton. Take the second right in Fenny Drayton (Drayton Lane). Travel out of the village for about quarter of a mile and Extra Room is signposted on the right.
Via Ibstock and the A447
Leave Ashby via the A511 on the north side of the town travelling towards Leicester and Coalville. At the first roundabout after the A42 junction turn right onto the A447 signposted to Ibstock and Ravenstone.
Go through Ibstock following signs to Market Bosworth and past a pub called the Gate Inn at Osbaston. Continue straight on along the A447 past right hand turnings to Market Bosworth and Cadeby but take the next right signposted to Sutton Cheney.
Continue along the Fenn Lane for 5 miles (approx. 7 minutes) to a T junction with the A444. Turn left then immediately right into Fenny Drayton. Take the second right in Fenny Drayton (Drayton Lane). Travel out of the village for about quarter of a mile and Extra Room is signposted on the right.

I used Extra Room for 3 years, and I can't fault them. Clean, and safe storage unit. Competitively priced, I only left as I didn't need the unit any more.
