oin the A5 either at the junction with the M69 or via the Three Pots and Wolvey Roads meeting the A5 at the junction with the Hinckley Knight and the Harvester. Head north along the A5 signposted to Nuneaton and the M42.
At Dodwells roundabout on the A5 (after going past the BP garage and under the railway bridge) take the first exit and continue along the A5 signposted to Nuneaton and Tamworth. Continue past the A5 Aquatics, straight over one roundabout and past the first right hand turning you come to on the A5 signposted to Fenny Drayton (A444) at the Red Gate pub and Countrywide Stores. Take the next right hand turning signposted to Fenny Drayton. Extra Room is signposted on the left after about 400 yards.
